Per Gundam Sealed rules above:

• Open 4 booster packs. (48+4 cards)
• Deck must be exactly 30 cards.
• No color restrictions when building the deck.
• You can include any number of cards with the same card number.

This falls on our regular event day so we will also have store tournament packs and a winer pack.
