Conan: Player's Guide to the Hyborian Age 2nd Edition - Used

The Hyborian Age is one that is deadly for those that are ill-prepared for its dangers, dread gods, wicket sorcerers, foul creatures and the force of anarchy and barbarism threaten the brave at every turn.

The Player's Guide to the Hyborian Age is designed to help player characters survive in this dark world.  Included within are character personality archetypes that can be used to help flesh out a set of statistics into a more rounded character.  A wide variety of equipment packages allow characters to choose relevant equipment for their environment, rather than being forced to choose one based solely upon their racial heritage.

New feats are included as well as some new and deadly spells, providing more options for characters.  This book is also a reference for spells and feats published elsewhere, so if you want to find out where you first picked up a specific feat of spell in one of the many Conan supplements you can now track it down much more easily.

The book is rounded out with some interviews with various individuals from different races, allowing players to understand the cultural backgrounds of their own characters and draw upon them to create a more complete individual.
